Arts & Crafts session at lunchtime- Fun and crafts for all abilities. You can take the creations home when finished. some things may be created over a few sessions.
All our staff are enhanced DBS checked and have certificates in basic first aid and safeguarding vulnerable children and adults.

After‑School & Lunchtime Club Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payments
All bookings must be made in advance for the full term. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place. Places are limited and allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
2. Attendance & Missed Sessions
If your child misses a session for any reason (including illness, appointments, or personal commitments), sessions cannot be refunded or transferred. We do not offer credits or rollovers for missed sessions.
3. School Closures & Weather Disruptions
If the school closes due to extreme weather, health & safety concerns, strike action, or any circumstance outside our control, sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled. If the school closes early or cancels after‑school activities for operational reasons, no refunds will be issued.
4. Cancellation by MyShellArtStudio
In the rare event that we need to cancel a session (e.g., staff illness with no cover), we will offer either a refund for that session or a credit towards a future booking. This does not apply to school‑initiated closures.
5. Behaviour & Safety
Children are expected to follow school behaviour guidelines and participate safely in activities. If a child’s behaviour repeatedly disrupts the session or poses a safety risk, MyShellArtStudio reserves the right to withdraw their place without refund.
6.Medical & Additional Needs
Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs at the time of booking. We will make reasonable adjustments where possible, but cannot guarantee specialist provision.
7.Photography & Media
We may occasionally take photos of activities for promotional use. Parents can opt out at any time by emailing us.
9.Contact & Communication
All club updates will be sent via email. It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure contact details are up to date.
10. Cancellations and refunds.
We do not offer a refund for your child if they decide to leave half-way through. We have to calculate staff and materials based in advance.
We do not offer a refund if your child is asked to leave the club. This would be mainly for bad behaviour which we endeavor to help with as much as we can- however if we cannot come to an understanding and they are too disruptive and this effects the rest of the group in a negative way and they may be asked to leave.
Refunds are available if you cancel the session upto 7 days prior to club start date
If there are unavoidable exceptional circumstances, we are happy to talk it through with you and come to an agreement.
