We have something different for you every day! Monday - Arts & Craft followed by Beginners Stop motion film making. Tuesday - Either Crochet or music (TBC) followed by Music. Wednesday - Circus Skills followed by Drama! With a full day, the kids will have 2 breaks and a lunch time. Please bring a packed lunch and drink. Fruit-based drinks and snacks will be provided for the breaks. They are still welcome to have their own snacks if they wish. All our staff have Enhanced DBS, basic first aid training and safeguarding young children and vulnerable adults.

HOLIDAY CLUB Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payments
All bookings must be made in advance for the session. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place. Places are limited and allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
2. Attendance & Missed Sessions
If your child misses a session for any reason (including illness, appointments, or personal commitments), sessions cannot be refunded or transferred. We do not offer credits or rollovers for missed sessions.
3. School Closures & Weather Disruptions
If the school or venue closes due to extreme weather, health & safety concerns, strike action, or any circumstance outside our control, sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled. If the school closes early or cancels after‑school activities for operational reasons, no refunds will be issued.
4. Cancellation by MyShellArtStudio
In the rare event that we need to cancel a session (e.g., staff illness with no cover), we will offer either a refund for that session or a credit towards a future booking. This does not apply to venue or school‑initiated closures.
5. Behaviour & Safety
Children are expected to follow school behaviour guidelines and participate safely in activities. If a child’s behaviour repeatedly disrupts the session or poses a safety risk, MyShellArtStudio reserves the right to withdraw their place without refund.
6.Medical & Additional Needs
Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs at the time of booking. We will make reasonable adjustments where possible, but cannot guarantee specialist provision.
8.Contact & Communication
All club updates will be sent via email. It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure contact details are up to date.
